We offer a highly regarded development programme for front line managers and team leaders, to improve their ability to achieve results through people, by developing the skill, and will, to hold often ‘courageous’ conversations with their people about everyday events that matter; from setting high expectations, to handling difficult workplace issues.
Together we fully customise the programme to your particular culture and circumstances. Learning impact is achieved through understanding good technique via pre-work and then applying that technique through role plays in customised case studies and scenarios. Learning application is immediate with participants making specific commitments to apply what they learn which can be monitored subsequently by their manager.
For more senior managers we focus on building leadership capability and performance, coaching and supporting them; and assessing and developing individual teams.

The cost depends on what programme is agreed, but as a guide, 6 individual coaching sessions over a 6-month timeframe, would cost in the vicinity of $7,500 plus GST.
Transition coaching of say 6 sessions, 3 weeks apart, would cost about $10,000 plus GST.
